Dr. Arun Shastry is the Co-Founder, Managing Director, CSO and a member of the Board of Directors. Prior to this appointment he has set up India’s first Research and Development facility dedicated in finding a cure for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) in 2013. He has established the in vitro pre- clinical research department by creating Cell Lines of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy patients. He has also established an in-house Antisense Oligonucleotide (AON) Synthesis facility and Organic Chemistry lab. He is a Visiting Scientist at Murdoch University, Australia and Leiden University medical Center, Netherlands. He has established collaboration with prestigious national institutes like Indian Institute of Sciences (IISC), Bangalore; National Centre for Biological Sciences (NCBS C-CAMP) Jawaharlal Nehru Center for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR), Bangalore; National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bangalore; BGS Global Hospitals, Bangalore, Indian Academy of Cultivation of Sciences, Kolkata; Medgenome and Strand Life Sciences, Bangalore who have provided us with expert scientific inputs and access to their research facilities.

Ravdeep Singh Anand is the Co-Founder, CEO, Head Global Operations and a member of the Board of Directors. An entrepreneur by profession, with a passion to travel through uncharted territory and he is a highly enterprising business-man, Anand has been at the helm of many innovative ideas for more than three decades. He is a towering personality who is quite popular in Bangalore and has many colourful stories on just about every street or establishment. A parent who through his efforts to see some therapy or cure been developed that would help children with MD benefit throughout India. He has been part of many activities for these children and endeavours to find some solace and help to the families of this horrible disease. He is the Founding President of Dystrophy Annihilation Research Trust an organisation aspiring to annihilate muscular dystrophy.

Manjula Muniraju is the Co-Founder, CAO , Head of Human Resources and a member of the Board of Directors. Manjula has for more than a decade been accountant by profession, and has a passion for human resource management.
